New Default Bible Translation
Because of the fact that two of my Holman Bibles have been lost and destroyed recently, and because of my increasing frustration with some of the ways Lifeway has titled sections and inserted words where they were unnecessary (not translations of words, but INSERTED words), I do think I'm going to switch my Bible.
The cover was recovered, and I hope to use it to contain an ESV Reformation Study Bible -- leather of course. :)
That being said, I am also going to start using the ESV on all of my links and Bible quotes I put in here from this point forward.
So, let it be known!

Did you even consider the NET Bible?

I love the ESV. I use it for about 99% of my writing. The others I use are the KJV and the NKJV.
I am envious of the leather Reformation Edition however. :-)

Andrew:
Welcome! glad to see you here. :)
Nope, never considered it. I didn't even know about it. However, I'm getting it now!

Dr. James White has said that he prefers the NET Bible for the N.T., but not for the O.T.
Just an F.Y.I.
